BIOGRAPHY
Forestry professional about twenty years of teaching and administrative experiences. Demonstrated track record of managing community forestry programs with expertise of evaluation, project analysis and management, rural education/extension and communications programs. Completed PhD dissertation in the area of community forestry with a focus on tool to determine the success of Nepal’s community forestry programs.
